Shipping policy

BNG Fabworks designs and assembles made-to-order automotive panels in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Production: Allow two business days for production before shipment. Carrier transit time is additional. Product-specific or custom-order timing will be confirmed before purchase if it differs.

Standard shipping: Standard shipping is included in the displayed product price for the contiguous United States, including the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. Contact us before ordering for Alaska, Hawaii or expedited delivery so we can confirm availability and any additional charge.

International delivery: International shipping is not offered through this policy. Contact us before purchasing if the destination is outside the United States; availability must be confirmed separately.

Tracking and delivery issues: Tracking information is provided when the order ships. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. If tracking shows a problem, or an item arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, email joel@bngfabworks.com with your order number and relevant photos so we can help.

Check the delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you spot an error, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after shipment.
